Le Cheile d'Eirinn is an organisation that is set up to create equal voting rights for the Irish Passport holders living within the 6 counties; Co. Derry, Co. Antrim, Co. Tyrone, Co. Armagh, Co. Fermanagh and Co. Down. We feel as though our President and the Aras an Uachtarain should represent all citizens living on the Island of Ireland. Although, this cannot be done due to the 1.885 million people living on our Island of Ireland that have no say in this process. This is unfair and unjust. To sign this petition means that you are giving your vote to appeal the 1992 Electoral Act that comes under the 12th Amendment in the constitution to allow citizens within Northern Ireland (otherwise known as the 6 counties) to vote for who they believe should represent them as head of state.
