Justo Santos, 43, has been slapped with a federal indictment in Miami for providing false information to get citizenship and a passport — revelations that were made when he testified in Manhattan Supreme Court in 2014, sources said. On the witness stand, Santos admitted he didn’t disclose his connection to the murder case in his citizenship application.
