❌ Remove Legend and Rise Groups

As a passionate fan of League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK), I feel deeply frustrated and disappointed with the recent changes to its format. Like many other avid viewers, I became emotionally invested in the LCK, not only for the high-level competition but also for the format that allowed teams ample opportunities to showcase their skills, engage with fans, and develop memorable rivalries. 

The original format provided a balanced schedule that gave each team a fair chance to prove their prowess. Since the format was revised, viewers like myself are finding it harder to engage with the matches. The previous format provided more trophy moments, underdog stories and allowed “underdog” teams to showcase and upset the upper teams.

Moreover, this change potentially shortens the career longevity of many talented players who grew through perseverance and accumulated experience on the original format.

To preserve the essence, excitement, and fairness of one of the world's most beloved eSports leagues, I urge the LCK organizing committee to revert back to the format that fostered growth, suspense, and enriched fan experiences. Reinstate trophy’s for the Spring and Summer Split, remove the two tier system, Legend and Rise Groups. By doing so, we can regain the compelling narratives and competitive spirit that once defined the league.
