The proposal is to construct a Lucas County Jail which includes a rehab and mental health facility and a work release program. The County will purchase properties at 3636, 3772, 3810 Angola Road, Toledo Ohio 43615 and request to rezone the area from RS6 single-family to SUP which is a special-use permit.

To concerned Lucas County Citizens: You do not need to be a registered voter or live in the area to sign this petition against the purchase of these properties in Toledo, Ohio  and construction of a Lucas County Jail, rehab, mental health facilities and work release program. Voting in November is for funding only.
