Receipt is a proof of purchase, proof of a payment made, and proof of a transaction that has been completed or started. Why this so-called number one courier in the country like what they claimed "HARI NG PADALA", are making receipt that easily fades even if kept carefully in the wallet. Some receipt even becomes unreadable anymore just after two weeks upon receiving it from LBC.

The purpose of the receipt is defeated right at your offices LBC for issuing one that easily fades and unreadable just weeks after receiving it from your company. Why are you making such receipt LBC? Are you afraid of accountability if something goes wrong with the payment, transaction or purchase which we made at your outlets? We know that it is our obligation to photocopy important receipt that we want to keep but it is also your obligation to issue decent receipt that does not easily fades.

We, the Pilipino people, are your client. You continue to exist because we patronize your company. Thus we deserve excellent service. We deserve to be issued with receipt that we can keep while at the same time not being afraid that the one we are keeping will fade easily.


We, the concerned citizen and your client the Filipino people, are calling you LBC to change your policy in regards to the ink, texture of your paper and make necessary measure to make the receipt to last as it should be.
