Base on my own experience, I always used LAZADA  to buy things online, but they are using the best courier services bound to mindanao, this time my shipping address is in metro manila, I ordered few items and paid on time of checked out. I waited for 2 weeks before they sent me a notif that my items was out for delivery, so I waited for the items but the day has passed and no items arrived, I did reschedule the delivery but still havent delivered and to my surprised it appeared delivery failed and they are preparing to return the items to the sender, so I decided to order the same ITEm but this time I dint pay, I choose COD, so it work items came in just 3 days. So I really wonder why thecpaid items cannot be delivered when the COD with the same item and seller did came?
