We would like to Petition to the Department of Trade and Industry of Philippines to Investigate and reprimand this Courier company for being incompetent and unreliable Delivery/Courier Service. 

Issues are:

- Too Long Delivery arrival. Would usually sit in their Delivery Hub for Weeks!

- Delivery Person would lie that they have made an attempt to Deliver that would eventually cancel the shipment and would just send it back to sender

- Rude Delivery Person

- Unreliable Customer Service

We would also like to for Online Shopping Platform like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc to Ban this company from their Courier partners as this would be bad for their business due to loss of trust and confidence from their avid clients.
