Corruption in Texas with Illegal Indictments & Fraud Committed by Texas District Attorneys

The Issue

RONALD H. FLORES has been incarcerated in TDCJ since 2003.  He is one of 20 inmates challenging his conviction at the recent discovery that he has been prosecuted under an illegal and fraudulent indictment.  In his state writ and rejected application for a full pardon he clearly raises this allegation and has only been ignored on the state level.  In a further effort to reverse this practice and raise public awareness he has filed federal writ 4:20-cv-03547 in the U.S. Dist. Court in the Houston Division with hopes that his claim will be heard in a federal court.  This  writ will pave the way for the rest of the victims of an illegal prosecution and protect future citizens from such abuse.  In Texas, the state employs a Grand Jury process to ensure that each citizen’s constitutional rights to be free from any prosecutor misconduct, abuse of power, false allegations, and fraud.  As every citizen is at risk of illegal prosecution it is time for the community to rise against such injustice by voicing your support and signing this petition.  Texas lawmakers need to investigate this issue and push for a true policy reform of the indictment law.  For more details contact angela.white1992@outlook.com.
