hello! my name is charles w. oakley III but the community knows me by triple! for years since i first started interacting with local law enforcement they’ve always pick and choose who they serve and protect depending on what areas there in! in latest years they have changed that title to “partners with the community” and it’s a false, misleading title that doesn’t fit there narrative or job titles! over the years they have grown more and more friction and resentment from more than a dozen communities! we the people are tired of local tyrants policing are neighborhoods picking on and harassing people who “fit there description!
