Wow, I thought 25k was a lot.  Thanks to everyone for signing this petition, I really believe it is helping our cause.  Some updates one the situation:  One of the r/Witcher reddit moderators shared some information regarding the casting for Ciri.  The post said that an anonymous individual associated with the Witcher TV show said that they were casting in Poland, "specifically looking for Polish actors".  This new piece of information has yet to be verified, but all the moderators of the r/Witcher sub believe that it is credible.  I do not know if this is legitimate or not, however I am assuming it is.  Keep doing what you've been doing, but know that this problem may be resolved soon.
