The store currently has an A+ rating with BBB. They hold themselves out as the expert in raising & caring for animals especially rabbits from their 35 years of being breeders. The owner, Shirley Walker, also listed herself as the expert on rabbits on Chamber of Commerce Website. Please go & tell them that they know NOTHING about the care of rabbits. Zap was caged in a wire bottom cage with extremely long nails & rarely has any hays. He also was never given any greens and can't run or hop in that cage. Bunnies are social animals and need the companionship of other bunnies and/or people. Zap only gets a pet on the head a couple times a month which is extremely inadequate. When I was there for 3 weeks to visit and let him out, he was starving for affections. He LOVES to be held and petted. Please go to the BBB site and give them your review.
