Zap is in a wired cage with just a piece of carton 24/7. I brought a cat bed, different cushions and a wheatgrass mat I got at the House Rabbit Society retail store asking them to let me put them inside his cage but the said NO to everything. His nails were extremely long and after over 2 weeks of nagging, I finally got the lady to cut them yesterday. I brought him to her showing her his long nails and said, "Can we please cut his nails?" She rolled her eyes at me then took out a clipper and finally cut them. If my bunny's nails were that long, I would not be able to take it but they obviously do not bother them. If his nails kept growing, his feet would become deformed. So that is one victory for Zap that I finally got them to trim his nails. PLEASE HELP SHARE THIS PETITION TO FREE ZAP. I will present it to the owners next Friday and tell them that if they won't sell him to me, I will unload a boat of negative publicity on them. We need thousands of signatures to make it effective. We got 739 signatures after only 4 1/2 days. Woo hoo! Thank you all so very much for your love and support for Zap!
