I plan to give the owners an ultimatum on April 6 to give Zap to me for $400 and sign an agreement to never have another bunny in the store again or we will protest in front of their store the next day, Saturday, April 7, 2018, 10 am - 12 pm. I am sending out emails and flyers to ask people to show up at the protest. If anyone knows people in the Denver, Arvada, Wheat Ridge areas that can help with the protest, please contact me at kobekikimom@gmail.com. If they don't accept my offer, I will publish the store information and their FB page so people can write to the store and bombard their FB page as well as giving them negative ratings on Yelp. I will also try to get some local media to cover the story. Some people have asked why I have not reported them to the authorities for neglect. I am told that as long as Zap has a clean cage and food, they are not likely to find that it is neglect for being caged all the time. Since I am his only rare chance of freedom and love, I don't want to risk them kicking me out by reporting them. I will do it if they do not accept my offer on April 6. It breaks my heart every time I have to put Zap back in his cage and see him all sad and depressed.
