We are just days away from the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners Zoning hearing on the application by Defender Airways to rezone 14.37 acres of Rural Residential 1 (at 1800 Turtle Mound Rd) to something other than one acre homesites. This developer from Washington State is asking for 55-86 units.
