Declare 12/12 "Rat Pack Day"

The Issue

So the mob that build Las Vegas is memorialized by the Mob Museum and the bright lights of early Las Vegas are preserved at the Las Vegas Neon Museum but those five showmen who represent Old School Cool, the quintessential quintet of old guard Vegas style and swagger the "Rat Pack" are not recognized in any official way and we need to recognize their contributions to what made this desert pit stop the brightest jewel on the planet. I and those signed below respectfully request that 12/12 (Frank's Birthday) be officially declared "Rat Pack Day" so their talents and considerable contributions be forever memorialized and celebrated.
