St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Las Cruces has failed to up keep the cemetery and failed to enforce rules and regulations. It has decided that rules be amended back in 2009 and failed to inform the public and now 8 years later is taking down menorials of families who have kept up with thier plots rather then fixing the problems with abandoned plots or cemetery drainage issues. This needs to be stopped and why punish those who keep up with the plots they purchased. Allow us to honor those who have passed and not stop us from honoring them.
