The East Hampton, NY, Town Board may add weekend hunting to its January firearms season. The shooting, which has been limited to weekdays, would be relentless.

What's more, the Town Board may also add bow hunting to the January firearms season.  Bow hunting is particularly cruel because it so frequently wounds the deer, leaving them to die slow, painful deaths.  

We urge the East Hampton Town Board to vote against the addition of weekend hunting and bow hunting on town land during its January deer hunting season.
