It should be established that the 'Scream' film series and 'Scream: The TV Series' take place in the same universe, and 'Scream: The TV Series' should be revived as a Paramount Plus original, with the 4th season following the characters of the 1st & 2nd seasons and tying up the remaining loose ends of said seasons, and with the 5th season following the characters of the 3rd season. The 6th & 7th seasons, which should be based on the RJ Torbert novels 'The Face of Fear' and 'No Mercy', should be written by RJ Torbert. The 8th season should bring together the characters of the 'Scream' film series and Seasons 1-7 of 'Scream: The TV Series' by having there be a support meeting for the survivors of the GhostFace killings, the Lakewood Slasher killings, and the Shallow Grove Slasher killings, and there should be 3 killers, with the 1st killer using the GhostFace persona, the 2nd killer using the Lakewood Slasher persona, and the 3rd killer using the Shallow Grove Slasher persona.

The 9th season should follow the character Danny Johnson(AKA Jed Olsen), who was created for the video game 'Dead By Daylight'. On Paramount Plus, on home video, and on digital copy platforms, the parts of the episodes of Seasons 1-3 of 'Scream: The TV Series' where the title 'Scream' is shown on-screen should be altered, so that the title shown on-screen is 'Scream: The TV Series', which should be the title that's shown on-screen in all future seasons of 'Scream: The TV Series'. 'Scream: The TV Series - Season 1', 'Scream: The TV Series - Season 2', and 'Scream: The TV Series - Season 3: Resurrection' should be released on Blu-ray on the same day. The Blu-ray release of Season 1 of 'Scream: The TV Series' should include the extras from the DVD release, as well as all of the trailers & promos for the 1st season and a 60-minute-long(without counting the end credits) in-depth documentary on the conception of 'Scream: The TV Series' and it's 1st season. Each Blu-ray season set for 'Scream: The TV Series' should include all of the trailers & promos for the season in question, and a 60-minute-long(without counting the end credits) in-depth documentary on said season. Across future seasons of 'Scream: The TV Series' and future entries in the 'Scream' film series, all of the GhostFace designs that have ever been created should be used.

The 5th 'Scream' film should be officially retitled 'Scream 5', with the new title being shown in the film itself.

There should be new Blu-ray releases of 'Scream', 'Scream 2', 'Scream 3', and 'Scream 4' that include all of the previous extras from all of the previous home video releases of said films, and if it is possible for any of these films to have extended cuts made for them, then they should be made and should be included.
