We, the undersigned residents of Philanthropic Dr., are writing to petition the MetroWalk HOA and Toll Bros Inc. to landscape the grass area on the west side of Philanthropic Dr. This area is currently eroding and unsightly, and we believe that landscaping it would provide numerous benefits to the community.

Concerns:

Erosion: The current lack of vegetation on the west side of Philanthropic Dr. is leading to soil erosion. This erosion is unsightly and can also damage the road and surrounding landscape.

Aesthetics: The barren area is visually unappealing and detracts from the overall beauty of the community.

Improved Property Values: The lack of landscaping is unsightly and may affect property values in the area.

Proposal:

We propose that the MetroWalk HOA and Toll Bros Inc. take the following steps:

Conduct a site assessment: This assessment would help to determine the best types of trees and bushes to plant in the area, taking into account soil conditions, sun exposure, and other factors.

Develop a landscape plan: This plan would specify the types and locations of trees, bushes, and other landscaping elements.

Plant trees and bushes: The chosen trees and bushes should be native to the area and drought-tolerant.

Maintain the landscaping: Regular maintenance is important to ensure the health and beauty of the landscaped area.
