After Landry's unsuccessfully attempted to silence activists by suing the Animal Legal Defense Fund for defamation, the ALDF together with Irvine & Conner PLLC have now followed through by filing a lawsuit against the Downtown Aquarium and owner Landry's for violations of the Endangered Species Act.
