The Hostile application for landmark designation of Jim’s property is an underhanded attempt at furthering an anti-development and political agenda. Jim’s property rights are being violated and the retirement he has been looking forward to after years of hard labor as a roofer is in jeopardy as a result of the application which Jim vehemently objects to. Signing this petition shows your support for Jim, and tells the City and County of Denver Landmark Preservation Committee they should not support Hostile attempts at designating a homeowner’s property historic against their wishes.
