This petition paper will serve as a symbol of equality in rights between Tricycle Drivers and passengers here in Tuguegarao City.

Tuguegarao City was called "The City of Capacity" because the main mode of transportation is tricycle and many tricycle drivers were abusive to the point that it's not good to hear and it's destroying the image of the place. The normal fare was just Php10.00, but for the students and senior citizen, it's only Php8.00. But maybe because of the difficulty in life, or the greed and selfishness of the tricycle driver they increase the fare even though it is prohibited.

The benefit of this petition if for everyone and to have a better community with humanly people and approachable persons. Change in attitude is needed for the tricycle drivers to have good interaction with others and to those who are really hard to please they should receive punishment for them to learn.
