After being a victim of domestic violence in my own home i suffered lifelong injuries (arthritis is my neck) nerve damage, sciatica amongst other conditions, the support, justice and treatment was not there .. so i done a mutual exchange at the beginning of the first lockdown to be safe..i moved into a one bedroom flat .. from the first week i noticed a few problems the water temperature in the smaller than average bath (which i also have problems utiltising) temperature was 40 degrees. Have had council operatives out many times this past year boiler is 15 yrs old and now flutuates between scalding and luke warm  . the internal heat in the flat when its minus 2 outside is 20 degrees .without heating on.. i suffer with chronic arthritis and have a condition called hyperhydrosis (extreme sweating ) have noise light sensitivity

Its getting hot outside and i have to have windows doors shut because of heavy traffic and noise from pubs i have extractor fans in two rooms portable air cooler and ceiling and table top fan but the air quality and noise is affecting my health.. have asked council to come and assess situation.. have also asked for a management transfer .. i cannot sit and look through pages of ads because of neck pain/posture pressure so this is not an option.

Depression leaves me virtually housebound   so air quality and sanity is vital in my recovery  

I also want to move to be closer to family for extra support as have no friends family nearby 

Would like lambeth council to acknowledge what impact its having and help me transfer to another suitable home
