Please join the March to defend a statutory provision of library service across all 10 libraries in the Borough of Lambeth including Upper Norwood Joint Library which serves residents of all 5 of our boroughs. The March is leaving from Windrush Square in Brixton on Saturday March 5 at 10.30am.
