A new petition has more than 5000 electronic signatures and double that on paper. From Waterloo to Upper Norwood people are clearly angered and the only way campaigners are going to go away is when they are assured libraries across Lambeth and in Crystal Palace are going to continue to be properly funded and professionally staffed.
