Dear all, This week, from Monday 30th November to Saturday 5th December (during library opening hours), the Upper Norwood Library staff will be conducting a survey which will "help shape the future of your local Library in Lambeth". The data collected will contribute to national statistics and may also help the Campaign/Friends of Upper Norwood Library build a case to increase the statutory funding for the library and to have it considered as the fifth or sixth 'town centre' library of Lambeth. Many of you visit the library regularly anyway and are likely to be in this Saturday for the Book Club (when I shall gently remind you!), but could you, if you didn't already plan to, visit next week to complete a survey? They're not available electronically otherwise I'd just email it to you next week. It's a pretty straight-forward use and satisfaction survey which should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete (unless you want to write an essay in the 'Comments' section!).
