Full Lambeth Council meeting tonight (Wednesday) 6.30pm for 7pm at the Elmgreen School, Elmcourt Road SE27 9BZ. There is a motion on libraries presentation of petitions and a deputation. So it will not be too lengthy attendance as we can leave after that. But it is really important to get a big turn out in fine voice as the Scrutiny Committee demonstrated and we need to show Lambeth that we are not going to be swept away. Friends of Lambeth Libraries have also begun work on a judicial review and the South London Press on Friday should have a good spread of letters about libraries so I’m told.
