On behalf of the Upper Norwood Library Campaign I would like to thank everyone who has signed and shared the petition. The library which was co-founded and funded jointly by Lambeth and Croydon 115 years ago serves residents of all 5 of our boroughs. For residents of Crystal Palace the Upper Norwood Joint Library is more than a building its the embodiment of an idea a Talisman of a united identity of Crystal Palace. If you can persuade friends and family members who have not yet signed up in support of the library please do encourage them and if you can please share, bump or take to twitter in its defence. We might not win this particular battle with Lambeth and Croydon for funding. We will give it a bloody good try though and in coming together we can't be beaten.
