LAKEWOOD, COLORADO. An update to support our cities new zoning that will help with affordability by allowing small homes on small lots and other middle housing options.

This petition is meant to show support for and by the citizens of Lakewood, CO. This petition has no legal authority and is only supportive in nature.  We are not trying to cause costly elections or legal battles only trying to show support to Lakewood Mayor and Council.
Please sign to support making smaller homes on smaller lots legal (yes, legal) in Lakewood,CO. The missing middle would be homes like duplex, triplex, 4plexes and even cottage clusters. Smaller homes on smaller lots are more affordable for people to purchase, and they continue to have lower costs year after year (think property tax, property insurance, smaller utility bill, water bill, and maintenance).  These units are great for first time buyers, downsizers, and workforce housing for first responders to plumbers and landscapers.
