Friends, The time has come up so quickly. The inevitable is upon us, but it is not the end. The 6 month zoning moratorium that was passed in the fall will expire on Sunday of this weekend. This means that Lakeside Industries will be able to submit their permit application next week for the asphalt plant officially and then it will be up to King County Department of Permitting to either grant or deny the permit. WE CAN STILL WIN! In order to win this, our legal fight will start to pick up speed and momentum. This will require investment from all of us in many forms. First, we need to fund the fight.
