Last night the Lake Forest City Council disregarded the hard work of the Plan Commission and overruled both of their votes on the rezoning, plat of consolidation, and special use permit at 373 East Westminster.  

They approved a zoning change to put a condominium development in the East Lake Forest Historic District. 
 Aldermen Karras, Rummel, and Buschmann voted to uphold the Plan Commission.  

Concerned Residents of Lake Forest remain concerned but are grateful for your support.
