Due to the decline of law enforcement and security from a decision made back in 2016, to ease on ticket checks, disprectful non paying passengers, smoke on the trains, get but naked on the trains, and even act violent and threaten other passengers. The lack of law & order on the LA METRO trains invites in a LA skid row level of trashyness and lawlessnes. There have even been acts of violence that in one case even caused the loss of life for a woman at the Hollywood/Vine Red/B Line Station.
