The annulment of Brighton and Hove Labour Party's record attendance AGM and the suspension of Wallasey CLP is unnecessary and undemocratic. They are part of a pattern that includes a purge of Labour Party members and supporters in an attempt to weaken or silence Corbyn supporters in the Labour Party.

We call on Labour's National Executive Committee to:

Re-instate Brighton and Hove Labour Party and uphold the results of the 9th July AGM.
