SEED Infotech, situated in pune is into IT Training business. We employees have now pending salary of 7-8 months and management is hiding behind business number and saying we are in lose. Our salary slips are being issued, TDS, PF and other statutory compliances being followed but our salary not getting paid. We are forced to serve notice period or pay for notice period if we want to leave. The one who have left are getting no response and are not allowed to speak to authority and asked to take appointment and come if they drop to office.We are in deep personal trouble and this need to change.
