Many dogs die each year due to poisoning from human foods, 120,000 dogs last year were treated for food or substance poisoning. 20,000 cats suffered from the same problem and it is due to sweeteners like Xylitol. Our pets are part of the family and we do everything to differentiate products that have allergins in them, yet nothing is done for dogs. Xylitol is an alcohol sweetener that is used in many foods from baked goods to sweets and can greatly decrease blood sugar levels in pets and cause seizures within 30 minutes of ingestion. There are other foods like Avocados. They have toxins in them that  can cause fluids to build up in their lungs. We believe that foods and products containing substances fatal to dogs when used for their intended purpose should be labelled accordingly to allow pet owners to feel safe when feeding their little loved ones. 

There are many things around the house from certain oils used in diffusers and incense candles that can cause issues for pets at home and suffocate them or scar their lungs.
