The funds allocated for this purpose are often used for the personal gain of a few individuals. These projects are neglected, left unfinished, or sometimes do not even exist.

We need to call for stricter oversight from the government and the enactment of a law that promotes transparency and accountability, especially in awarding contracts and during the actual implementation of projects. We can also seek the assistance of independent organizations to thoroughly investigate and audit these processes.
