Suite à l’avis de la commission de concertation du 3 mars 2020, la Ville de Bruxelles a introduit un nouveau projet (HOP4) qui est actuellement soumis à enquête publique jusqu’au 25 février 2021. Le nombre de logements est réduit à 8 logements et un commerce est ajouté, situés en lisière de site. Ce nouveau projet maintient la construction de l’école et le hall sportif sur le site. Le nombre d’arbres à abattre reste similaire. D’autre part, il se confirme qu’une école supplémentaire n’est pas nécessaire suivant les dernières projections (pre-covid).
Nos demandes restent inchangées. C’est le moment d’agir : Signez la pétition, envoyez un email à la commission de concertation avant le 25 février, interpelez votre élu local et parlez du Donderberg à vos proches.

Naar aanleiding van het advies van het Overlegcomité van 3 maart 2020 heeft de Stad Brussel een nieuw project ingevoerd (HOP4) dat momenteel het voorwerp uitmaakt van een openbaar onderzoek dat tot 25 februari 2021 loopt. Het aantal woningen wordt teruggebracht tot 8 woningen en er werd een winkel toegevoegd, gelegen aan de rand van het terrein. Dit nieuwe project behoudt de bouw van de school en de sporthal op het terrein. Het aantal te kappen bomen blijft gelijkaardig. Anderzijds wordt bevestigd dat een extra school volgens de laatste voorspellingen niet nodig is (pre-covid).
Onze verzoeken blijven ongewijzigd. Het is tijd om te handelen: Teken de petitie, stuur vóór 25 februari een e-mail naar het overlegcomité, bel uw plaatselijke politicus en vertel uw familie over Donderberg.

Following the decision of the consultation committee of 3rd March 2020, the City of Brussels has introduced a new project (HOP4) which is currently subject to a public enquiry (until 25 February 2021). The number of dwellings is reduced to 8 dwellings plus a shop, located on the edge of the site. This new project maintains the construction of the school and the sports hall on the site. The number of trees to be felled remains similar. On the other hand, it is confirmed that an additional school is not necessary according to the latest projections. Our demands remain unchanged. The time for action is now: Sign the petition, send an email to the consultation commission before February 25th, call your local elected representative and tell your family and friends about Donderberg.
