Good afternoon all, this is your 72 hour notice that Brady is being considered for euthanasia, he has been here since 09/04/18. He is Rescue Only with Waiver, please try and have him rescued by 12/08/18 5pm, thank you.

Brady was at the front of the kennel when the runner approached. He had a tense body, ears were up, closed mouth and hard stare. The runner came down to his level, he sniffed the leash and the runner's hand. His body began to soften, ears were back and his tail had a soft low wag. When the runner opened the kennel, Brady tried bolting out several times, making it difficult for the runner to place leash over him. After a few attempts, he was able to be safely removed and pulled a great amount. Inside the catch pen, he became barrier reactive, he began to growl, his body became tense and tail was stiff. He was removed from the catch pen and was muzzled. He gave the runner a hard time because he pulled so much and was very strong. One of the handlers had to step outside to assist, but he continued to jump up and bite at the muzzle. After multiple tries, he was muzzled and led into the yard. He fought with the muzzle and showed no interest in the dogs. He began panting heavily and sat down in one place. He kept to himself the entire time, but once the yard thinned out, he was able to move around. He would approach the males more assertively but was easy to steer. He showed no concerning behavior during his time in the yard. He has no preferred playstyle and is selective of the other dogs. He will be rescue only with an indemnity waiver.
