• Alison Cardona, Deputy Director at Carson is responsible for killing these dogs. A volunteer called her to ask why and she laughed, she laughed. This is EVIL. 

Carson has the capacity for 220 dogs, there are 155 dogs there today and she killed Harvey and another sweet dog named Blue. I am absolutely sick and I cannot understand the motive or reasoning for this. The only answer I have is that she is EVIL, HEARTLESS, has NO COMPASSION. Thankfully I believe in Karma, and I can only hope and pray that these lives she has taken will haunt her for the rest of her miserable life. I am broken today.

HARVEY is just about a year old and his owner said he was bit by him and he decided to leave him at the shelter. If this is true Harvey would love to have had training instead he is in the Completely FULL SHELTER. He will need a FOSTER and RESCUE to save his life.
