Okay villagers! I have been asked to reach out to gather some information for a source who will be named later! There are "people" working on plans for changing the policies of shelters in LA in regard to dogs "they deem dangerous" that are either PTS immediately or they refuse to give rescues the opportunity to save them. In YOUR perfect world, what do you want to see be done? How would we create a NO KILL Shelter system in LA? We need the wants and expectations as well as ideas to accomplish this.
