The Carson Shelter changed their rules recently, they have decided that not ALL dogs will be available; even to rescues that agree to sign over and take FULL liability. So now dogs that show the slightest amount of fear or "aggression" will have an automatic death sentence. ALL dogs are salvageable. Every last one. Even the worst ones can be fixed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist or even a behaviorist to help these dogs. It just takes COMMON SENSE, and a little bit of patience.
