I revised the petition to include the section of Hayden's Law that LA County is violating! Please continue to share - we need more signatures. The Carson Shelter has truly become a Death Camp - they are killing young and healthy dogs who are scared and evaluated by a shelter worker who is not a trained behaviorist - they are allowed to deem a dog as "not safe" and that they will be PTS. They recently Temp Tested a dog with LIMITED vision - obviously this 2 yr old Pup was scared to death and was given a 6 MINUTE Temp Test to determine whether he lives or dies. 6 MINUTES. This must stop!! We made enough noise and they agreed to re-evaluate him and they made him available to rescues. Do we have to do this on every dog going forward? Do we take the word of an UNTRAINED shelter worker that a dog must die and is not suitable for a home? We have much work to do folks. We need more signatures! Thank you all!!
