La Costanera Restaurant is part of the coastal community and needs to start acting responsibly and stop blatantly violating the Coastal Act. The restaurant currently has four outstanding violations that are unresolved. These include building without permits, erecting lighting that illuminates the beach, opening outside of permitted operating hours and threatening the public with towing of vehicles in a public parking lot.
