The hearing (Depp vs Ngn) is confirmed on March,18th.
It's important to say that it's only to SEEK PERMISSION to appeal and will be shown new evidence.

Johnny Depp v NGN hearing at the Court of Appeal set for 18 March. This is NOT a full appeal, it is a hearing to seek PERMISSION to appeal. A decision is unlikely on the day:
A hearing, is in itself, relatively unusual. But don’t read anything into that!
Hopefully Mr Wallis will be present at the hearing..
