Let's see in details the 9 points (warning signs) in the videoclip... I guess there's something in common with your spokeperson:

1. IGNORING

Depp's text to Heard's mother: "I guess I was so bad that it was fine for her to leave me and go to Coachella for 4 f***ing days with all her girlfriends and to not give her birthday to us!!! The festival and her friends were clearly more important than working things up with me.."

3. HUMILIATION

Ms Roberts statement: "Ms Heard was "insulting him, calling him names and, in the middle of this onslaught, I heard her say specifically 'your career is over', 'no one is going to hire you', 'you're washed up'." 

Ms Heard “continuously belittled” him and called him a “fat old man”.
He said he found it “devastating and heartbreaking” to hear Ms Heard call him a “horrible father”.

Depp's text to Heard's mother: "She treated me like a red-headed stepchild in front of her friends and it only got worse when we came home.."

Amber Heard on tape: - You're a f***ing baby - You're such a baby! - Grown the f**k up Johnny!

4. MANIPULATION

Heard after drags him into her trap blames him for violated the R.O.:

Kate James's declaration: Amber hated me talking to Johnny, even if it was just polite small-talk, she would give me the evil eye if she found me having a conversation with him."

6. CONTROL / 7. INTRUSION:

Kate James's deposition: She was very controlling and paranoid about anyone else being in his space and also about being observed by his security.”

Depp's declaration:
"Ms Heard was in the habit when I returned home from work, she would come over to me and take my boots off for me.
I always thought it was a very kind, loving gesture.
One time I came home, and she was busy doing something, so I took my own boots off.
She said to me, 'Why did you do that? Take your own boots off', and she was upset.
She had "rules" and if he didn't comply "all hell would break loose".
She has a routine and if that routine is not to her standard then there is going to be a problem.
An argument would ensue. All hell would break loose.''

8. ISOLATION

John Richman deposition: Amber Heard emotionally abused and tormented Johnny , cut him away from his real friends and was emotionally cruel to him. He always seemed to live in fear of how she would act if he ever tried to break up wih her.

9. INTIMIDATION

Amber Heard on tape: 'You can please tell people that it was a fair fight, and see what the jury and judge thinks.
Tell the world Johnny, tell them Johnny Depp, I Johnny Depp, a man, I'm a victim too of domestic violence,'

And I, you know, it's a fair fight. And see how many people believe or side with you.'
