The judgment in Depp v News Group Newspapers Ltd will be handed down remotely at 10am on Monday 2 November 2020.
The judgment will be available on the Judiciary website at 10am, along with a press summary.
Nothing will be taking place physically at the Royal Courts of Justice.

British judge Andrew Nicol will hand down his judgment at 10 A.M. U.K. time Monday on Johnny Depp’s libel case against News Group Newspapers, publisher of The Sun, and the tabloid’s executive editor Dan Wootton.

The judgment follows a three-week hearing in July at London’s Royal Courts of Justice.
