HEY YA!

So the public, music heads, and us Outkast fans have been waiting on a solo Andre 3000 album for the longest. Even though he did release the soundtrack, "Class of 3000", with his cartoon series I know fans are still waiting for that introspective hip-hop/singing solo record. By my research, that may never happen. Andre's only been doing films and a little music here and there... If haven't been under a rock, Andre 3000 did release two songs for Mother's Day this year, "Me&My (To Bury Your Parents)" and "Look Ma No Hands". These are both excellent tracks and they do showcase Andre's ever-changing and versatile tastes currently.  However, I and many others still want a full album from him.

The reason why I think a solo Andre 3000 album may never come about is because he's critical of himself. He had this to say about his mega hit, "Hey Ya", to HipHopDX, “I was completely terrified because it’s even worse because I’m coming from a rap world and everybody got they face frowned up and wanna be as tough as possible and you out there singing.” Even fellow Dungeon Family member CeeLo knows Andre suffers from acute stage fright. "He just said he had a severe case of stage fright and just kind of been away from the game and didn't know if he could truly live up — ah, I just feel like I'm talking to much personal stuff. I hope he don't mind," CeeLo said on RapFix Live in 2013.

Given these statements, I believe Mr. Andre Benjamin needs help to complete a LP to simply give back to those that love his music. Big Boi is productive as ever touring and working on his own great stuff, so I don't think an Outkast album is coming soon. Plus, there are great projects releasing in hip-hop like Travis Scott (who did "the ends" with Andre) so I think his presence is needed. Furthermore, I know people believe that Andre 3000 is the G.O.A.T. and really miss him. 

This is why I think CeeLo could help Andre on a collaboration project. They're like brothers (do your research) and they have the same eccentric tastes in music. I can see it already. Excellent lyrics and extremely soulful vocals!!!
