Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control is still telling people who find animals on the streets to either keep them or put them back on the streets. How would you feel if an animal rescue, foster, networker or stranger who found your lost pet was told to do that or told someone to put your pet out on the streets of Los Angeles County? This is a part of Director of Los Angeles Care and Control Marcia Mayeda's new plan to help our homeless pets. They are telling people not to bring in animals they find while at the same time telling people their statistics are improving.
