Response from Kutchan Forestry Department

To everyone who signed my recent bear petition thank you. Since we started this there have been more bear sightings in the area. The Forestry Department responded and said that they have closed the trails to keep walkers safe, but have no plans to exterminate the bears at this time - so that is good news! Thank you again!
