WE, THE UNDERSIGNED RESIDENTS AND REGISTERED VOTERS OF THE TOWN OF SEYMOUR, CT. DO HEREBY SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING PETITION FOR A SPECIAL TOWN MEETING VOTE: 
To see if the Town will vote to register and disseminate to all concerned its objection, opposition and commitment to stop the construction of any portion of the 38 Columbus Street Senior Housing Project, (also know as 16 Bank Street, Phase 2) since this project is violating Town zoning laws, and will cause inestimable damage to the orderly economic development of the Town, its parking, its businesses and the health and wellbeing of its senior/disabled residents. (or to take any other action relative thereto).  
*THE FIRST SIGNATORY ON THE FIRST PAGE OF THE PETITION IS THE PETITIONER OF THE ARTICLE AND WILL BE LISTED AS SUCH ON THE TOWN MEETING WARRANT.
